We ship Primarily UPS Ground, Our second shipping option Federal Express. (Ground) at our discretion.
Shipping you can afford! We will ship an unlimited amount of parts throughout
the continental United States for only $7.15. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii
and Canada, (please e-mail us for prices to ship to these locations.)
***Rates listed for 2nd day and Overnight shipping will cover most items. If the item you order is large or heavy the shipping will be billed out to you accordingly. We will call to confirm the price before the items are shipped. Shipping 2nd day and Overnight can be very expensive it is best to call for rates on larger items first.***
Orders placed with 2nd day air or overnight shipping must be placed before 1:00 PM mountain time. If they are placed after 1:00 PM they will be processed as if placed the next day. Every effort will be made to get them shipped out on the same day they are placed.
If the destination is outside this area, or you would prefer an alternative shipping method,
please e-mail us or call TOLL FREE 1-800-665-0497. We will try to find
the lowest cost alternative for whichever shipping option you prefer.
We do not profit off shipping.
- There will be a 25% restocking fee on all unused returned items. If your order has been shipped before you cancel you are responsible for paying the shipping back to us and you will be charged the 25% restocking fee. To receive a refund include the following. (Copy of your original invoice, reason for return, credit card number with expiration date). For your security we do not keep credit card numbers on file. Upon receipt and inspection of parts we will refund amount of original invoice minus restocking fee and original shipping amount.
- Electrical
parts may be returned provided that they have not been installed (this
is a standard policy with electrical components).
- If we
do not stock a part, we can special-order it for you. We are limited
in our ability to give you a full credit (because many
of our manufacturers or distributors do not allow us to return these special order
parts to them. Any Register, Grilles, Diffusers, that are not shown as an instock item are special order items. If you order these items and they do not work because of no fault of ours, you can return them but will be charged a 50% restocking fee).

Warranties
- All parts
have a full one-year warranty unless they are of a disposable nature
(such as filters). If the part is installed incorrectly and that is the reason for the failure the warranty is void.
